Layla Manoochehri was a singer from a young age and was represented by the same management team as Blue, whom she worked with and whose member Simon Webbe she goes out with.
As well as touring with Blue, Layla Manoochehri co-wrote Lisa Stansfield's Treat Me Like A Woman.

Layla Manoochehri got together with Marissa Billitteri, Tita Lau, and Pheobe Lau and formed Girl Band, which auditioned for The X Factor in 2008.
Layla Manoochehri's mother Maria is a hairdresser and her father runs a cafe in Birmingham.
